Aaron's Gardens is a small family owned business. We consist of me, (Aaron) Sam, (the apprentice), and my wife Sarah, (now teaching in a Primary School).
The main focus for us in working with a client is translating their lifestyle options and design ideas into a beautiful and coherent landscape that is both user friendly and visually stunning.
About Aaron:
I became a landscape gardener via garden maintenance work in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. I worked in some prestigious and renowned gardens, both for heritage and design reasons, and I was inspired to learn more. After studying at the Ryde College of Tafe I got a job working for Graham Ross, (Better Homes and Gardens) where I was working with his Landscape Architect daughter, Linda Ross. Linda was an inspired young designer with boundless passion and the ability to persuade people of the absolute grandness of her vision - an amazing talent in itself. Whilst working with Linda I performed tasks across the full spectrum of both the design and construction process. This naturally expanded my horizons in new and unexpected ways, and ever since I have been pursuing the immense satisfaction one gets from the execution of great design and quality work.
Probably the most appealing thing about landscaping and landscapes to me is the sense of 'it feels good to be' that anyone will feel when they walk through or sit in an outdoor space that has been well conceived and executed. Being surrounded by the offspring of care and thought, so to speak, and being in an environment that is the ultimate fusion of humanity and nature, that is when I get 'the buzz'.
